Privacy Policy
Updated September 19, 2026
vbros is an online service that turns your photos and prompts into images and short videos with AI. The service is provided by a private individual (hereinafter — "we"). Contact: vbroshq@gmail.com or the Support form in your profile.
By signing in and using the service you agree to this Policy and to the Terms of Service.
Information we collect
- Account: your e-mail address. If you sign in with a one-time code, no password exists at all.
- Google sign-in data: if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your name, e-mail address and profile picture from your Google account. We use them only to create and identify your account and to show your name and avatar in the profile. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
- Photos you upload as a reference for a preset or a generation, and photos, voice samples and character sheets you add in Studio.
- Prompts and settings you enter: text descriptions, chosen model, format, duration.
- Generated results: the images and videos the service produces for you.
- Usage data: which presets you run, credits spent, plan and payment status, ratings and downloads of results.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, request timestamps — standard hosting logs.
- Subscription data: plan, billing period, payment history. Card details are handled by the payment provider — we never receive or store them.
How we use information
- To run the service: signing you in, generating results, keeping them in your Library.
- To count credits, take payments and manage your subscription.
- To send you sign-in codes and reply to your support requests.
- To monitor load, find errors and understand which presets people use.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for third-party advertising and do not use your photos or results to train AI models.
Photos and generated results
A photo you upload is sent to the AI model together with the prompt to produce your result and is discarded once the result is ready — it is not stored on our servers. Generated results are stored in your private storage; other users have no access to them. Results you do not save are deleted automatically after 24 hours; saved results stay in your Library until you delete them. Studio elements (characters, voices, backgrounds) are kept until you delete them in Studio. By uploading a photo you confirm you have the right to use it and consent to this processing.
Information sharing and disclosure
- Supabase — authentication, database and file storage.
- OpenRouter and the AI model providers behind it (Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Black Forest Labs and others) — receive your photo and prompt to produce the result.
- Google — sign-in, if you choose it.
- Resend — delivery of sign-in codes and support e-mails.
- Payment provider — card payments and subscriptions for paid plans.
- Railway — service hosting.
These providers process data on servers in the United States and the European Union. By using the service you consent to this cross-border transfer. We never share your Google account data with anyone except the providers listed above, and only to run the service.
Google user data (Google API Services)
This section summarises how vbros handles Google user data, as required by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- Accessed: only your basic profile — name, e-mail address and profile picture (OAuth scopes
email, profile, openid). No other Google data is requested. - Used: to create your vbros account, sign you in and show your name and avatar in the profile. Nothing else.
- Stored: in our authentication database (Supabase) for as long as your account exists.
- Shared: with no one. Google user data is not transferred to AI model providers, the payment provider or any other third party, and is never sold or used for advertising.
- Protected: transmitted over HTTPS, stored with access limited to your account, never exposed to other users.
- Deleted: together with your account, on request, within 30 days.
vbros' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Individual results and Studio elements you can delete yourself at any time. To delete the whole account, write to vbroshq@gmail.com — we will remove the account, your results and all related data within 30 days. Anonymised technical logs and payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to processing. Withdrawing consent means deleting the account — the service cannot work without processing this data. Requests: vbroshq@gmail.com or the Support form.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access limited to your account. Files are kept in private storage with signed access. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not upload photos you would not want processed by an AI service.
Cookies and local storage
We only use technical browser storage: your sign-in session and interface preferences. There are no advertising or tracking pixels.
Children's privacy
The service is not intended for anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always on this page, with the update date at the top. If we change how we use Google user data, we will notify you by e-mail before the change takes effect. By continuing to use the service you accept the new version.
