Terms of Service

vbros is provided by a private individual (“we”). By signing in and using the service you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact: vbroshq@gmail.com.

What the service is

vbros turns your photo into a short video or image using a preset effect and third-party AI models. Results are generated automatically and may differ from the preview. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Account

You sign in with Google or an email code. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Upload only photos you have the right to use. Photos of other people require their consent.
• No photos of minors, no sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, no impersonation or deception.
• Do not use results to harass, defame or mislead anyone, or to break the law.
• Do not abuse the service: no automated access, reverse engineering or circumventing limits.

Your content

You keep the rights to your photos. You grant us permission to process them to produce the result. Results belong to you and you may use them freely, including commercially, as long as your use complies with these Terms. Results are stored in your account so you can download them later.

Plans and payment

Generation costs credits. Free accounts get a monthly credit allowance; paid plans get more. Credits renew monthly and unused credits expire at the end of the period. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future periods.

Refunds

If you have not used any credits of the current paid period, e-mail us and we will refund that period. Once credits have been spent, the service is considered delivered and that period is not refunded.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a generation will succeed; a failed generation returns its credits. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
