Terms of Service

vbros is provided by a sole proprietor based in the United Arab Emirates, trading as vbros (“we”). By signing in or using vbros you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Contact: support@vbros.app.

The service

vbros makes images and short videos with third-party AI models: from a prompt, your photos, a preset or a Studio project. Results are generated automatically and may differ from the preview; we do not guarantee any outcome. vbros is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of these models.

Account

You must be 13 or older. You sign in with Google or an e-mail code, one account per person, and you are responsible for everything done under your account.

Acceptable use

Prompts may be checked by an automated filter, and requests that break these rules are blocked. Not allowed:

• NSFW, explicit or sexually suggestive content, including nudity.
• Anything involving minors, including their photos.
• Deepfakes: face swaps or making a real person appear to say or do something they did not.
• Photos of other people without their consent, or content that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy.
• Violence, gore, self-harm, hate, harassment, defamation or illegal content, including weapons, drugs and extremism.
• Impersonation, scams, fake news or fake endorsements.
• Automated access, reverse engineering, or getting around the filter or limits.

If you break these rules, we may remove results and suspend or delete your account without refund, and we report content to the authorities where the law requires. To report abuse, e-mail support@vbros.app.

Your content

You keep the rights to your photos and let us process them to make the result. Results are yours to use, including commercially, within these Terms.

Plans and credits

Generation costs credits. Free accounts get a monthly allowance, paid plans get more; unused credits expire at the end of each period. A failed generation returns its credits. Prices are on the Pricing page, are shown before purchase and may change for future periods. Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our reseller and Merchant of Record.

Cancellation and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel any time in the Dodo Payments customer portal (Plans → Manage in your profile): renewals stop, and you keep your plan and credits until the end of the paid period.

To get a refund for the current period, request it in the same portal or at support@vbros.app. Dodo Payments reviews and issues refunds to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. A refunded plan switches to Free right away. Accounts suspended for breaking the acceptable use rules are not refunded.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it is always available. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the current period.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above shows the current version. Using vbros after an update means you accept it.
